Dean makes the point that the mystics say reason/logic cannot access “reality” these points mentioned ie symbolic logic zfc axiom of infinity prove the mystics point in 2 ways Hilberts programmes admit to be not about reality and his systems definition are contradictory nonsense yet give pragmatics results showing that the products of human thought are misaligned both with “reality” and the parochial classical logic they use to built their systems Mathematicians seem to think that because their maths gets pragmatic results that justifies their systems well it does not when the system they create ie symbolic logic violates its own internal logic ie classical and violates the meaning of words its throws up as output such as the axiom of infinity –a completed never ending-which is a blatant contradiction All this rigmarole from mathematicians hides two things yes maths works but that is a mystery as to why-when their systems are just logic and semantic rubbish- and 2nd it shows the mystics claim logic reason cannot access “reality”
